[Redmi 1s][Patch] Sounfix by Nextgen for CyanogenMod 12 or Mokee L

hei, cyanogenmod unofficial 12 or mokee L based on lollipop android have some bug, one of them is sound. So some developers like nextgen has new update patch for pacthing this bug. But, this patch is only for redmi 1s ( don't try with another phone, or it will brick ).
