[Redmi 1s][ROM] Blisspop v2.2 Lollipop

Blisspop with lollipop base now coming up after syhost announce their CM12 lollipop. As far we know, after cm12 updated many rom using cm as their base will update their ROM too. And now, blisspop.

We will not write about their features, but we'll update about their rom download, and others.

Let's begin :

Because this is the initial release, there is no bug fix. So, you have to try yourself and tell us if you found any bug in this rom.
